Strong First Fundraising Quarter, Minimal Campaign Spending In Primary Leaves Baugh With Strong Cash-On-Hand Numbers

Newport Beach, CA – Congressional candidate Scott Baugh (R-CA47) announced that he is headed into the general election with $1,903,000 cash on hand from a strong first quarter fundraising haul of $448,000, with total funds raised of $2,446,214 for the cycle.

“There is still a long way to go in this race and the enthusiasm for this campaign is only growing,” added Baugh. “Right after Dave Min emerged as my opponent, he was enthusiastically endorsed by the ultra-left wing House progressive caucus due to his extreme liberal views. I’m looking forward to a robust conversation with the voters about who is a better fit for this district. We need a new direction, and I will work hard to win this election, and bring strong leadership to Congress.”
